Recent work from Ovation Contractors

“Lawford and Ovation Contractors have been wonderful to work with. They replaced an exterior door for us and I was so pleased with the quality of their work and overall professionalism that I immediately hired him to do another job. Now he’s currently working up an estimate for a third job.”

“If you are looking for contractors who treat your home with the utmost respect and deliver absolutely flawless results, look no further than Ovation Contractors. We recently hired them to tackle two major projects in our fully furnished apartment: installing brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and executing a highly detailed, multi-surface paint job. To say we are thrilled with the results would be an understatement. Here is why Lawford and Edward are in a league of their own: 1. Flawless Flooring Installation Installing flooring in an empty space is one thing, but installing LVP Lifeproof Designer Series flooring throughout a fully furnished apartment is a massive logistical challenge. Lawford and Edward handled it seamlessly. They carefully worked around our furniture without a single scuff or scratch, laying the floor with incredible precision. The transitions, cuts, and overall finish are tight, level, and absolutely beautiful. 2. Meticulous, Multi-Surface Painting The paint job was a masterclass in detail. They used top-tier Sherwin-Williams paint (and generously extended their contractor discount to us, which saved us a bundle!). This wasn't a quick, single-color spray job. They expertly applied three distinct types of paint across the apartment, with two coats on every single surface: * One specialized paint for the trims and baseboards * One flat paint for the ceilings * A stunning final color for the walls and closets The lines are razor-sharp, the coverage is perfectly even, and there isn't a drip or smudge to be found. 3. The Ultimate Dream Team What makes Ovation Contractors truly special is the dynamic between the partners: * Lawford is the mastermind of the operation. He is highly organized, communicative, and meticulously plans the logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. * Edward brings the elite, niche technical skills. His attention to detail, execution, and hands-on craftsmanship are second to none. The Verdict We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work. Lawford and Edward are polite, clean, honest, and incredibly talented professionals. We will absolutely be using Ovation Contractors for all our future projects and cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Great guy and a hard worker. Pleased with the quality and quantity of work. He was very responsive in finding the dimensions of the material for one task and the condition of the substrate in another. I would recommend and use again. Out of respect for all these contractors and for their time, be sure to give them the full details, let them see site first, and make sure you're all on the same page.”
