Pricing FAQ

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Westchester County?

A cosmetic kitchen refresh in Westchester typically runs $3,500 – $8,000 (paint, hardware, backsplash, lighting, keeping existing cabinets). A full kitchen remodel with new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures ranges from $18,000 to $45,000. Premium full-gut remodels with custom cabinetry and high-end finishes land between $45,000 and $75,000+.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Yonkers or White Plains?

A bathroom refresh (new vanity, fixtures, paint, keeping existing tile) runs $2,500 – $5,000. A full bathroom remodel with new tile, tub/shower, and plumbing rough-in updates typically costs $15,000 – $28,000. A primary or luxury bath with curbless shower, double vanity, and custom tile can run $28,000 – $50,000.

What does it cost to replace windows on a Westchester home?

A single vinyl double-hung window replacement runs $700 – $1,200 installed. A full-home replacement on a 3-bedroom house (typically 15–20 windows) lands between $10,000 and $22,000 — crew efficiency and volume pricing bring the per-window cost down on bigger jobs.

Do you publish your line-item labor and material rates?

Yes. Below each service summary on this page, we list our actual Westchester unit costs — labor rate, materials rate, per-item pricing. Most contractors won't do this. We publish them because knowing what things cost before you call is how you get a fair project, not a sales pitch.

Why might my final quote differ from your published range?

Published ranges cover typical project scope. Your quote will differ based on your specific layout, material selections, permit requirements, existing conditions (hidden rot, outdated electrical, etc.), and scheduling. Every quote we issue is itemized so you can see exactly what drives the number.

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes — $80 is the smallest job we take on. We run 2-person crews, so anything under that costs more in drive time and setup than it brings in. For small punch-list items, we'll often bundle multiple tasks into one visit to clear the minimum; if it's a single 15-minute fix, a handyman is usually a better fit than us.

Are on-site estimates free?

Yes. On-site estimates anywhere in Westchester County are always free and come with no obligation.

Is there ever a charge for a scheduled visit?

On-site estimates are always free. The only charge you'll see is for a wasted trip — if we arrive for a scheduled visit (estimate or job work) and the site isn't accessible (no one home without prior notice, locked with no access instructions, site not ready as agreed, etc.), there's a flat $80 trip charge to cover drive time and the lost crew slot. Reschedule more than 2 hours ahead at no cost.
